Rugludallur get ég verið

Ég var að finna gamalt bréf sem ég sendi Emmu... Við höfum það nefnilega fyrir sið að senda hvor annari email, og ég var búin að láta bíða alllengi eftir mínu, af þeirri einföldu ástæðu að ég var algerlega andlaus, og ekkert hafði á daga mína drifið! En ég hófst samt handa og þetta varð útkoman:

Dear Emma

We have bad news from the camp of Odaka. Due to the lack of knitting ornaments after weeks and weeks of isolation, most of our men appear to have lost their minds. This strongly confirms the result of our studies: "Are silly little time-waisting hobbies essential for mental health?" which were performed by our scientists last year. We have now sent some of our best spies to go and fetch some crossword puzzles from the nearest village, without attracting too much attention, you never know where the evil henchmen of the lord of Oahdeer (try reading that one out loud) may be lurching. As an example of this madness, a few of our finest warriors now refuse to speak a scentance without at least one german-oriented word, that generally doesn't fit into the scentance. You can imagine the chaos when the commanders shout: "Strenghten the gates, we never know when the wienerschnitsel might make its move!" Wienerschnitsels scare the shit out of our men, apparently.
Also, we really must do something about fellow Parser. Although his (well, what should we call it....?)....intensity has come it handy on several occasions, he is now pretty much crossing the line! He wants to set up a medieval torture chamber, in case we might take any prisoners. As you can see, this is an absurd suggestion, going against all we stand for, I'm sure fighting against the terrifying power of the rule of chessnerds and adding crocheting lessons to every school's teaching program is a noble mission, but doesn't require such desperate measures. Also suspect him of wanting this chamber more to his personal pleasure than the greater good..
Anyway, must dash, the spies are back and they brought this ADOREABLE knitting catalogue, must take a look before the wunderbar hits me too. CABIN FEVER AHHH
